Terms & Conditions for Flower ordering

Payment Methods:
We accept bank deposit and major credit card VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal,  HSBC PayMe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bank Deposit for payment, payment should be completed before delivery.

For payment by bank deposit:
Please fax email or whatsapp the payslip with your flower transaction order ID to us after deposit, your order will not send outr untili we receive proof of payment.

Cancellation Charge:
For flower order cancellation, HK$200 will be charge for any reasons for flower order cancel request by customer after payment confirmed.

Re-apply Discount Voucher for charged orders:
HK$100 will be charge for the administration fee, customer should pay the administration fee and provide the payment number to us for process the re-apply discount voucher services. For payment, please click https://www.paktak.com.hk/information/issue_payment

Request refund or re-delivery of flowers:
If you do not satify our flower products and request refund or re-delivery, please return the flowers and gifts with original packing to our office within two working hour, HK$100.00 will be deduct for administration charge for refund requst.. Re-delivery of flowers will be process on next working day.
